Sprague's Sports

We’ve (Healey family) been coming to Yuma since 1983 for dove hunting and various activities. Our first stop is always Spragues. Spragues is simply incredible. The quintessential store for all things guns, hunting and gear. If they don’t have it, you don’t need it. But if you do, they will find it for you. The customer service is second to none. With Richard taking the lead, on to Ron, Ken, Matt Dusek, Pancho, Mike—-their service is the model on how all retail businesses should be run. They take time to explain options, answer questions, and make sure you find what you’re looking for without pressure or being rushed. You can tell they take pride in what they do and genuinely care about their customers. Whether you’re an experienced hunter or just getting started, Spragues is the place to go for quality products, experienced people and the best customer service in retail. 500 stars!

I walked in there for the first time looking for a weapon to fit my price range. What I walked out with was an experience I'll never forget and exactly what I've been seeking for a while. A Colt CCU CCO in 9mm. Im older now and the 45 ACP makes my arthritis in my wrists flare up bad. I have owned the 1911 platform in full size to the commander models. This one is unique though. It is a commander slide fitted to an officers frame by colt. It's recoil is nominal given it has two recoil springs even using +P ammunition. You can expect tight grouping with quick follow on shots. Apparently, it was part of an estate sale and was selling for under a grand. I snatched it up quick. I researched the pistol and discovered it was 7xx of the first 1000 frames produced by Colt in 2019. It also was one of the pistols debuted at SHOT show in 2019. So, it's got excellent history. The salesman named Ken, was excellent in everything we did. From answering my questions, filling out the paperwork and getting the background check back from the ATF in approximately 15 minutes, to discussing a good SD round and holster to use. His knowledge is very extensive and dare I say a subject matter expert in his

I had an excellent experience with Sprague’s Sports. From the beginning, everyone I dealt with was professional, respectful, and extremely accommodating. A special thank you to Pancho in management, as well as Dean and Kevin. They took the time to work with me, answer my questions, and make the entire process straightforward and comfortable. I had several requests along the way, and they made every effort to accommodate me without making anything feel difficult or rushed. What impressed me most was the level of professionalism and respect I received throughout my experience. It is clear that customer service and doing things properly matter to the people here. I genuinely appreciate the way I was treated and would not hesitate to recommend Sprague’s Sports to others. Thank you again to Pancho, Dean, Kevin, and the entire team.
